Fulcrum Labs Brings Personalized Training and Award-Winning Multimedia to Aviation Industry

(Los Angeles, CA; June 2, 2015) – Fulcrum Labs, the online learning company, has partnered with innovative commercial airline, Allegiant Air, to provide customized training programs for all of Allegiant’s training.  The announcement was made today by Fulcrum CEO Patrick Weir and Allegiant Air's Vice President of Flight Operations, Greg Baden.  Fulcrum has created learning programs designed specifically for Allegiant’s MD80 and Airbus A320 Flight Operations.  Next up, Fulcrum will begin developing training for all aspects of the company – cabin, mechanics, stations and dispatch – through Fulcrum’s personalized learning platform.

Fulcrum’s competency-based, mastery-focused courses with such features as instant feedback and optimal challenge (a strategy used successfully by the gaming industry) are a dramatic upgrade over the legacy classroom and e-learning courses implemented by airlines a decade ago. With Fulcrum’s Learning Object Analytics, for example, Allegiant will now be able to pinpoint the depth and degree to which a concept has been mastered, identify critical knowledge gaps, target remediation and optimize the training.
