The Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) announced the reinstatement of valet parking options on Monday, October 4, 2021.
“We worked diligently with our partners at Reef Valet Parking to restore this service for our passengers,” said Ronald F. Mathieu, Birmingham Airport Authority president and CEO. “We will continue to provide world-class service and make strives to improve the overall passenger experience when flying with BHM.”
On March 24, 2020, the valet parking option was suspended due to the global impact that COVID-19 had on daily operations.
The curbside valet service is located at the southwest end of the departing flight level near door 5U. Drivers can pull to the valet kiosk and leave their cars with the valet. Within minutes, passengers can be on their way to check in to their flights and be able to experience all that BHM has to offer before boarding their flight.
