Ambreen Muhammad Ashiq Juiya
I am a former Supervisor with dnata/Emirates Group at Dubai International Airport,
where I spent 15 years overseeing passenger services, VIP coordination, and
frontline operations. In total, I have 17 years of professional experience. Currently,
I’m pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics in the United States. I write about
empathy in aviation, human-centered service design, and how data-driven
strategies can improve the passenger journey.
