Elliott and Kathryn Threatt of E & K Retail Inc., a long-time partner with Paradies Lagardère at Kansas City International Airport (KCI), was recently named Kansas Minority-Owned Business of the Year Retail Firm by the Kansas Department of Commerce, Office of Minority & Women Business Development. They will be honored at the 35th Annual Awards Luncheon, to be held on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Topeka, Kansas.
