Tecumseh, MI – MROinsider.com announced that in June the website celebrated registering 280 corporate aircraft on the maintenance-focused website. With the launch of the website at NBAA-BACE in October 2017 the company’s goal was to have 240 aircraft registered within their first year.
MRO Insider is a free web-based tool for obtaining maintenance quote requests for airframe, engine, paint, avionics, or interior services. After registering, owner/operators select an aircraft, select which service is needed, specify a timeframe, and can send equipment lists or photos. Upon submission, facilities subscribed to the MRO Insider network are notified of an RFQ (request for quote) and log in to request additional information from the owner/operator or submit a quote. Each maintenance facility has a profile page with photos and customer reviews with the main goal of the website being to improve transparency and efficiency in the maintenance quoting process for aircraft owner/operators.

It has been great to see people using our website to send photos of their panel or discuss paint schemes using our messaging feature. We have gotten great feedback from both segments of our customer base and have used that to improve our system.”
