March 23, 2016

Today The Rossch Group and IOCC Consulting announced the signing of a joint agreement that will allow the respective companies to share their mutual expertise with clients and expand their presence around the globe.

“The agreement is the culmination of months of hard work and we’ll be able to leverage the extent and expertise of our two firms”, said Clay Springer, President of the Rossch Group. “We are very excited about the capabilities and value that we can bring to our clients”, said IOCC CEO Dustin Paul Wilden, “Rossch and IOCC have had a long, friendly relationship and it’s good to see it formalized in this agreement.”

The Rossch Group has provided IT, Operations and Strategic consulting to airlines throughout the Americas, and with its recently launched sister Company, RosschTech, is now offering integrated IT solutions for airline operations and crewmember communities.

“Rossch and RosschTech are a great complement to our current business offerings” said Dustin Paul Wilden. IOCC Consulting has deep roots in Airline Operations and has recently expanded its footprint to include Training and Simulator Support through a partnership agreement with Ethiopian Airlines. Clay Springer notes that, “IOCC will bring a broader network to Rossch and the Ethiopian agreement is a great example of how our Crew Offerings could bring tremendous synergies to our clients”.

Both firms agree that the real winners will be their clients.

“Through this agreement we can bring decades of deep experience and expertise to our airline clients and provide them with innovative and industry-leading solutions”, observed Dustin Paul Wilden.
