Boeing's bad month continues as a 747 cargo plane headed for Puerto Rico was diverted last night due to engine trouble.

The FAA said Atlas Air Flight 95 returned safely to Miami International Airport around 10:30 p.m. local time on Thursday, Jan. 18, after the crew reported an engine failure.

An immediate post-flight inspection revealed a softball size hole above the #2 engine. A video circulating online shows fire spewing from the aircraft's wing.

This is the latest incident involving a Boeing aircraft. Wednesday, the FAA announced that it's examining Boeing's manufacturing practices and production lines as part of its investigation into the door plug failure on Alaska Airlines Flight 1282, which has led to the grounding of 171 Boeing 737-9 MAX.
