Time Manufacturing Announces the Retirement of Charles Wiley and the Appointment of Curt Howell as CEO

WACO, Texas, March 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Time Manufacturing, a global designer, manufacturer and distributor of vehicle-mounted aerial lifts, today announced the retirement of Charles Wiley and the appointment of Curt S. Howell as new CEO.   

Headquartered in Waco, Texas, Time manufactures professional grade aerial lifts under the well-known brands Versalift and Condor and distributes its products globally. The company primarily serves the telecom and electric utility end markets.

Wiley has been at Time over 46 years and has presided over tremendous growth during his 26 years as CEO.

"Charles' lasting impact on the business is evidenced in the company's strong culture and impressive results," said Howell, who joins to replace him. "Charles has been responsible for building a platform for growth, and we thank him for his dedication to Time."  Wiley will stay on at the company as a member of the Board of Directors.

Howell joins Time from BigTex Trailers where he led the impressive growth, sale of the company and subsequent merger with American Trailer Works. Prior to his work at BigTex, Howell spent 30 years in the automotive and light industrial industries.
