    Sherwin-Williams Chrome Hazard Free Epoxy Flexible Primer (CM0483790) is a high performance, two-component, corrosion inhibitive epoxy primer. It provides outstanding flexibility and provides Skydrol resistance in addition to excellent adhesion to treated substrates.  CM0483790 was designed to meet the stringent performance properties and chemical resistance specification requirements of leading OEM manufacturers, Bombardier and Embraer. Its Skydrol resistance can be beneficial if the aircraft is primed at one location and flown elsewhere for final topcoat. It also provides increased chemical resistance in case the topcoat is scratched, dented or damaged.  Recently qualified to AMS 3095 certification, the new chrome hazard free primer meets the U.S. VOC regulations that require a 2.9 lb/gal (350 g/L) VOC primer in aircraft maintenance painting settings.
