The Airspace Monitoring System (AMS) is designed to assist the airport operator with optimizing the handling of all flight operations and the scheduling of airport resources by providing real-time, accurate data and an adequate scheduling horizon.

AMS evaluates the data from the airport radar system and presents you with an overview of the current airspace situation in the vicinity of the airport.

Long before the scheduled arrival, AMS provides information on the flight event and automatically transfers the information to the airport operational database system.

From the analysis of the radar data, AMS determines time related information such as TMO, ATA and ATD, and flight route information such as STAR, SID and RWY
