Electronic Corrosion Control

Aug. 26, 2011

CounterAct has introduced a line of electronic corrosion control systems for aircraft and ground support equipment. CounterAct's system is a truly green and purely electronic method for controlling rust and corrosion and does not employ coatings. Using current supplied by a battery, solar cell or AC source a CounterAct device draws on average less than 35 milliamps and produces a  negative electrostatic surface charge of under 20 micro amps, which has been shown to reduce corrosion by over 90 percent. Ground support systems are available in 12, 24, 36 or 48V and are permanently mounted. Aircraft systems are portable and may be carried in a briefcase.
