Ground support equipment

Cessna’s mobile support program, ServiceDirect, consists of on-site maintenance operation and long-term logistics support, including A&P placement and contract support. These customized services are in addition to many authorized shops and nine strategically located company-owned Citation service centers. The newly designated ServiceDirect programs include mobile service Units, AOG GO TEAMS, an Air Response Team aircraft, HomeService, and Temporary Personnel Support.
