L.S. Starrett electronic calipers

The 797 electronic calipers series from L.S. Starrett Company offer IP65 level protection, which is ideal for harsh manufacturing environments. With IP65 Protection, 797 calipers are resistant to coolant, water, dust, dirt, and metal chips. These calipers include an RS232 output port for collecting and outputting data and feature DIN862 linear accuracy with 0.0005-inch (0.01mm) resolution. Available accessories include a base attachment, a deluxe padded case for the 6-inch model, and polished wooden cases. The stainless-steel electronic calipers have several user-friendly features including a large, easy-to-read LCD display with .310-inch high characters, zero at any position, instant inch/millimeter conversion, manual on/off with auto-off after four hours of non-use, and a CR2032 battery with more than 3,500 continuous hours of life.
