    Dow Chemical offers UCAR de-icing and de-icing/anti-icing fluids for the commercial, government, and private aviation industry. It provides both SAE AMS 1424 Type I de-icing fluids and SAE AMS 1428 Type IV anti-icing fluids. It also has ethylene glycol-based runway de-icing fluid. Type I fluids feature low aquatic toxicity characteristics. Dow pioneered the development of Type IV fluids and has leading supply and research capabilities.
