AircraftLogs announces the addition of many new features on its Web site, including improved maintenance schedules, new tax management tools, and several new account options. Corporate and private users can now customize an AircraftLogs package to fit their unique operation. For individual operators and private pilots, AircraftLogs has released simplified aircraft management packages. Private pilots can customize AircraftLogs by visiting the "Build a Package" area of the site. These packages include all of the key elements required for operating an aircraft, and provide private pilots with many of the same features available to corporate aircraft. User-friendly logbook tools also help private pilots lower their tax bill or accounting fees. For corporate operators, AircraftLogs is now available in three separate modules. Each module can be used independently. A new maintenance tracking service is also available for Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and inspection programs. If multiple modules are used, data is shared across modules, saving time and confusion. The three modules include Flight Operations, which manages flight records, fleet status and currency documentation across multiple aircraft and crew; Maintenance Management, which manages aircraft maintenance logs, maintenance paperwork, aircraft status reports and inspection programs; and Financial Management, which provides company finance professionals and their CPAs with real-time tax reporting for aircraft business use, passenger utilization and SIFL fringe benefits.
