3M Polyurethane Protective Boots provide long-lasting protection for radomes, propeller spinners, wing and stabilizer leading edges, landing gear fairings, composite parts and other areas of aircraft from damage caused by rain, moisture ingression, ultraviolet light, insects, sand, sleet, snow and other airborne particles. Constructed with a puncture resistant thermoplastic elastomer and an acrylic, pressure-sensitive adhesive, polyurethane protective boots from 3M offer an easy and fast application process. They are highly durable, conformable to curvatures of the aircraft and can be painted or applied over painted surfaces. Boots are currently available in over 500 different configurations for a wide range of aircraft, including Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Cessna, Cirrus, Dassault, Embraer, Gulfstream, Learjet, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and Piper models.
