The JetGo 550Mti is a powerful unit that unit to add to your JetEx5 or similar 2000 amp capable fleet or to provide economical service to any corporate or FBO facility. The 550Mti will start any mid cabin and smaller jet or turboprop with its 2000 amp starting capability. There is not a jet or turboprop in this range that draws over 900 amps on start. The JetGo model 28eco provides up to 1600 amp starting capability. Both units provide 550 amp continual capability that will easily handle the 375 amp loads that the air conditioning and heating and avionics systems on these airframes require. Fuel burns are extremely low (0.8 Gal hour at 375 amp load) and its compact and quiet. You can also use the JetGo indoors to provide 24VDC power without the engine running. This is adequate for most short term avionics maintenance and system updates. Both the JetGo 550Mti and 28eco compete price wise with many used units- but it’s a new unit with a great warranty.
It is compact, extremely fuel efficient and easy to move by hand but can be towed by a tug. This is a great product that will provide reliable service for a long time.
