1999 Premier Model MT43P15-ABS Deicer: completely refurbished and upgraded with 2009 technology by The Premier Factory. One-year warranty upgrades: new paint (white), new aerial lift control system, new fluid pumping system, complete electri­cal and plumbing upgrade, and heater upgrade. System includes Garrett Air Source for air-assisted deicing, providing 1300 at 13 psi.
