    Harlan Corporation introduces its CargoMaster towing tractor and refined Hybrid - HLH40-50. These specially designed vehicles have what it takes to get heavy loads form one place to the next. The Harlan CargoMaster is a 6000 lb. drawbar pull, low profile towing tractor. It features an anti-restart ignition switch; dual rear brakes; hitch release; power split breaking system; 3 tiered hitch on the rear; and head, turn and brake lights. The CargoMaster uses the Harlan steer and drive axle with an 1 1/8' king pin; Saginaw power assisted steering; and an option of a Ford ESG 6-4.2 engine, Perkins 1004-4 diesel engine, or a Deutz F4M10011F engine.
