Luis comes to Av8 PMA with over 30 years of experience in aviation, beginning his career with E-Systems in Greenville, TX, where he specialized in the alteration of aircraft platforms for use in surveillance and information gathering missions.

As Director of Certification, Luis will be responsible for ensuring all certification data meets the requirements and is produced in accordance with all applicable FAA regulations. Additionally, Luis will act as Av8 PMA's on-site DER and he will continue to streamline the engineering, design and certification process governing the products, reducing overall downtime for customers.
