An Epic Experience in Store for Attendees at 2018 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference

Epic Fuels is sponsoring a special row of exhibits at the 2018 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in Long Beach, California, Feb. 6-8.  The row will feature top-tier FBOs from the EPIC Fuels and UVair FBO Networks in North America as well as exhibits highlighting EPIC’s payment cards and QTpod, maker of the award-winning M4000 self-serve fueling terminal.

Top-tier Fixed-Base Operators (FBOs) exhibiting include:  Aero Air KHIO; Aviation Technologies KAVP; Corporate Air KAGC; CrownAir KMYF; Desert Jet Center KTRM; Encore Jet Center KCNO; Five Rivers Aviation KLVK; Gateway Aviation Services KIWA; Jet Center Los Angeles KHHR; Luxivair KSBD; Mineral Wells Airport KMWL; Moore County Airport KDUX; Napa Jet Center KAPC; Pacific States Aviation KCCR; Stellar Aviation KILG; Texas Gulf Coast Regional Airport KLBX; Textar Aviation KDAL; and Victoria Jet Center KVCT.

As part of providing an Epic Experience for conference attendees, Epic and Epic Card Services will be giving away prize packages on Wednesday and Thursday, including a special Southern California wine country aerial tour with World-Class Race and Aerobatic Pilot Anthony Oshinuga as your host and pilot.  Each FBO will hold drawings for special prizes as well.  In addition, Epic Fuels will donate $1 to the Aquarium of the Pacific for each entry into the prize package drawings during the conference, up to a maximum $2,500 donation.

Experts from Epic Fuels on hand at the conference will include Kevin Cox, president; Marla Beckham, chief financial officer; Ryan Mikolasik, chief marketing officer; Dev Sharma, vice president sales – west; Dan Gallogly vice president sales -  east; and Connie Brown, vice president client services. Regional sales managers from Epic include Don Moss, Donna Sanford, Jared Fox, Mike Jackson, Brian Klenner, Kai Sorenson, and Chris Buchanan.  Together, this highly qualified group boasts more than 200 years of combined experience in the aviation, fueling and energy sectors.

Also on hand will be representatives from QTpod, Epic’s sister company and the industry leader in manufacturing self-serve fueling terminals for the aviation, marine and fleet industries for over 30 years.  QTpod recently unveiled the M-4000, the next generation of self-serve fueling terminals and will be available to demonstrate the benefits of the new unit.

The M-4000 offers many new features and enhancements previously not available on any aviation self-serve fueling terminal. Multiple options for payment processing communications, including cellular, Wi-Fi and Ethernet, web-based software management application, a new and substantially improved user interface and the ability to control up to eight pumps are just of few of the new features on the M-4000.
