Goulian's Race Team Kicks off 2018 Season with Whelen as New Official Technical Supplier

Team Goulian is set to kick off the 2018 Red Bull Air Race World Championship in Abu Dhabi, UAE on February 2-3 .

Long time USA air show partner, Whelen Engineering extends partnership into the 2018 Red Bull Air Race World Championship as an official technical supplier. Whelen has been a supporter of Goulian’s air show team for seven years now, and Team 99 is thrilled for the opportunity to further represent the company.

Racing is in Whelen’s blood. In addition to supporting Team #99 in the Red Bull Air Race, Whelen campaigns the #31 Cadillac Dpi-V.R in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. They have also been a partner and sponsor of NASCAR while promoting the brand by displaying products on pace cars, emergency vehicles, and tow vehicles around the world.

In the Red Bull Air Race, Whelen lights will be showcased on their security and emergency vehicles on-site at all the 2018 races around the world.
