Threshold Aviation Group Partners with China's YXST Aviation Industry Development Company

Plans to establish and operate Airports and Airparks, Fixed Base Operations, and Training Centers for Pilots and Mechanics in China.

(CHINO, CA) Threshold Aviation Group (TAG) has partnered with YXST Aviation Industry Development Company, LTD (YXST) to establish and operate Airports and Airparks, Fixed Base Operations (FBOs), FAA Part 145 (MROs), and training centers for pilots and mechanics in China. The partnership is a unique opportunity for Chino-based TAG to expand its operations in the rapidly growing and massive general aviation market in China. YXST was established to provide general aviation services in Northern China. It has the exclusive right to the develop six airports and holds a strong possibility of developing additional airports. The company has three aircraft under management already and has ordered at least 10 more.

YXST successfully conducted a government-required proving flight, a short haul route test flight between Zhangjiakou and Shijiazhuang, capital of Hebei Province, in early 2017 on a Cessna Caravan (208).

“This is a huge, immense opportunity for TAG to expand its international business with nearly limitless potential,” said Mark DiLullo, TAG CEO and owner. “The Chinese aviation market has the potential to eventually be the largest aviation market in the world and we are in on the ground floor of that by providing critical services to help get it off the ground.”

TAG will provide expertise in FBO development, pilot training, aviation mechanical services, fueling and other services that are necessary to managing a successful FBO and flight operation. TAG’s services will also include crew, MRO and flight services, operations, aviation sports, aerial medical services, cargo logistics and tourism.
