ALLENTOWN, PA, January 09, 2018 - Flight school operators, managers, chief flight instructors, assistant chief flight instructors along with industry supply chain firms will be drawn to San Diego, California, for the 9th Annual International Flight School Operators Conference presented by the Flight School Association of North America (FSANA). The theme is "The Business of Flight Training."

The event, being held February 12-15, 2018, addresses critical issues facing flight schools across America in a series of topical sessions and workshops. Hosted this year at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa, the annual conference also includes an exhibit hall limited to registered attendees.

A number of Part 121 regional airlines will be represented at the 2018 conference and are the focus of one of the many professional sessions being held over the four days. Training providers and regional airline representatives will have one-to-one opportunities to discuss collaborative possibilities.

FSANA's conference is an annual opportunity for flight training providers to congregate and discuss current issues, regulations, and best business practices. According to Robert Rockmaker, president and CEO of FSANA, "Everyone in the business of flight training should attend in order to learn, network, and meet supply chain partners and others who interface with their industry. These are the most important four days of the year for their business. Existing and new flight schools, or anyone thinking of starting one, will benefit from this conference's essential sessions and workshops. This conference is unrivaled in the industry for the quality and scope of its sessions."

A limited student/youth pass is available at a nominal fee to students enrolled in a college aviation degree program or a post-secondary aviation specialty program. With the pass, youths may attend Tuesday or Wednesday sessions, or on both days, and gain admission to the exhibitors hall.
