AeroParts & Supply Inc. (APS) Announces Acquisition By Aviation-based Investment & Management Group

The company will be named as AeroParts & Supply Southwest (APSS) and will continue to operate as an independent entity under its own unique brand.

Dallas, TX, December 6, 2017- AeroParts & Supply Inc. (APS), an aircraft parts distribution and repair station located at Dallas Executive Airport (KRBD), is pleased to announce that as of December 1, 2017, it has been acquired by a group of aviation investors led by James Noe of RBR Maintenance Inc.

James personally has more than 30 years of experience in aviation maintenance, most recently as the president of RBR Maintenance, a full service MRO at Dallas Love Field. Additionally, the investment and management team comprises other veteran aircraft maintenance executives and professionals still active in the industry.

As of December 4, 2017, the company will be named as AeroParts & Supply Southwest (APSS) and will continue to operate as an independent entity under its own unique brand. The company will retain key distributorships such as Gill Battery, Rapco Inc, Kelley Aerospace and more, with plans to expand this list.

The new ownership group plans to update and modernize the company's online parts systems and infrastructure, as well as planned expansion of current parts inventory, and significant investment in additional shop space and modernized equipment.
