Envoy Air Appoints New VP of People Services

Dec. 4, 2017

Bringing 17 years of Human Resources experience to the team, Jocelyn Moore has been appointed as Envoy Air’s new vice president of people services.

Earlier this year, Envoy’s Human Resources department launched an extensive effort to examine all of its current functions and reorganize the team to better align with the company’s business objectives. The resulting transformation has created centers of expertise that are focused on attracting, developing and serving the people of Envoy. Along with this new focus the department has a new name – People Services – and now a new leader to spearhead the team’s efforts.

“Jocelyn comes to us with extensive experience leading and successfully transforming human resources teams to provide world class service to managers and employees alike,” said Patricia Delgadillo, senior vice president of administration and chief financial officer. “As we focus on Envoy’s strategic goals and enhancing the employee experience, her vision and leadership will play a critical role in guiding our people strategies.”

Across a wide range of industries, Jocelyn has served in all facets of human resources. From creating and developing Human Resources organizations and introducing company-wide diversity and inclusion programs to serving as a strategic business partner and consultant, she has a proven track record for success. Most recently, she led the global Talent Acquisition function for a large technology organization, responsible for more than 30,000 hires each year.

“I believe she has both the business acumen and people skills to drive change, engage our people and inspire our People Services team to new heights,” added Delgadillo.
