P&WC’s flat-rate program is a limited time, industry-wide program available through P&WC-owned Service Centers as well as its Designated Overhaul Facilities (DOFs) that defines fixed-rate pricing structures for overhauls on the following fixed-wing and rotorcraft engine models:
