The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) has expanded its leadership team for the International Standards for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) and Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) Programs.

Montreal, 10 October 2017 -- The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) has expanded its leadership team for the International Standards for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) and Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) Programs, to keep up with growth and increased interest in these global codes of best safety practices for the business aviation community.

Lawrence “Fletch” Fletcher has become the Audit Manager for the IS-BAH, a new position to manage the growth of the program since its launch in 2014. He will assist Terry Yeomans, Director of the IS-BAH. Fletcher brings his experience as the Audit Manager for the IS-BAO Program, where he was instrumental in building the ISBAO to its current level of success with nearly 800 registered business aircraft operators.

Daniel Devraignes assumed the role of Audit Manager for the IS-BAO. Devraignes made a significant contribution to the IS-BAO over the last two years, as the Auditor Accreditation Manager, by updating and streamlining the accreditation processes and other internal audit tools.

IBAC is pleased to announce that Yvonne Marinus has joined in a full-time capacity as the IS-BAO Auditor Accreditation Manager. Marinus has significant experience in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance, and aviation systems auditing, including having been an IS-BAOTM auditor.

Both Devraignes and Marinus will assist Ben Walsh, Director of the IS-BAO.
