ANN ARBOR, MI – MROinsider.com, an aviation maintenance website focused on the general and business aircraft markets, announced that the company will demonstrate its latest application, during NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas, NV on October 10-12th, 2017.

Co-founder, Andy Nixon commented, “MROinsider.com has the potential to radically change the general aviation and business aircraft maintenance industry. This service provides a platform for aircraft owner/operators to locate, browse and review maintenance facilities. The website includes a feature for aircraft owner/operators to place a request for quote for required maintenance and to request immediate service for AOG aircraft. This innovation in the aircraft maintenance industry will create a fast and easy-to-use approach to the current time intensive and repetitive process.”

Aircraft owner/operators create a user profile at no cost. The annual subscription fee for maintenance providers starts at $1,000 and is priced based on provider scale and class of aircraft serviced. To celebrate the official launch of business, MROinsider.com will be offering a show special on service provider subscriptions during NBAA, as well as a drawing for (5) blocks of 5 labor hours for all aircraft owner/operators who register during the week.

MROinsider.com will exhibit in booth N3335, providing demonstrations and welcoming aircraft owner/operators and MRO facility representatives.

About MROinsider.com

MROinsider.com co-founders Lindsay Irwin and Andy Nixon made the website public at EAA Airventure in Oshkosh, WI at the end of July, registering more pilots than initial projections and gaining support of more than 40 maintenance providers during the show. Several OEM’s showed interest is the site’s ability to filter out AOG maintenance providers sorted by current location, allowing operators to quickly discover who is in the area to assist.

MROinsider.com was founded in August 2016 to streamline the process of obtaining quotes and choosing providers for aircraft maintenance.  With the looming ADS-B mandate, the company is well positioned to help both aircraft owner/operators and maintenance facilities navigate the inevitable surge in maintenance events. With the guidance of Jim Clifford of Clifford Development and Al Eidson of Eidson & Partners, the company has developed the future of aircraft maintenance.

Having been involved in aviation from a young age, Co-founder Andy Nixon saw the need for an online portal, which aircraft owners and operators could use to submit multiple bid requests with one click. Aircraft operators can then compare pricing, check facility capabilities and ultimately make an informed maintenance decision. With Lindsay’s background in operational leadership, the team drew upon their experience to build and launch MROinsider.com during NBAA-BACE 2017.
