The Situation Center was developed by the holding company on the basis of the unique experience of accompanying the operation of helicopters and taking into account the wishes of the main operators of this equipment. Within the framework of the international military technical forum "Army-2017" the elements of the center were presented to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and his deputy Yuri Borisov, who gave the project a positive assessment and expressed interest in its development in the interests of the military department.

Currently, the situation center is debugging the interaction with all participants in the process of maintaining the operational status of the customer's helicopter fleet. Also, the normative and methodological base for the organization of industrial operation of the software complex by the structures of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is being improved.

The work of the center will accelerate decision-making, allow us to optimize the available funds of spare parts and assemblies, and also reduce idle time for helicopters technical reasons. In the end, this will allow expanding the range of services, introducing new service products and improving the quality of customer service," he said. fir general director of the holding company "Russian Helicopters" on sales Vladislav Saveliev.

The resources of the situational center also allow analyzing the reliability of component parts, controlling the volume and movement of the repair fund in the operating organization, and planning service work involving the industry.

The developed system has an open architecture that allows using it for any type of helicopter technology, including for new models. To date, the creation of a similar system is planned in the interests of foreign customers, which will strengthen the holding's position in the foreign market.
