Moline, IL, August 15, 2017 – Elliott Aviation, a leader in Aviation MRO Services, has hired Mindy Zumdome as Vice President of Talent and Culture. Mindy has over 17 years of progressive Human Resource experience, and was most recently the Member and Community Relations Manager for HNI Corporation’s Leveraged Furniture Operations group.
Mindy will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, development and execution of talent and culture management programs. She will be focused on enhancing Elliott Aviation’s mission, vision and values and help employees at all locations achieve their career goals. In addition, she will supervise the daily operations of the Human Resource department.
Mindy began her career in the newspaper publishing industry working at Lee Enterprises and The Kansas City Star. She was the Director of Human Resources for Per Mar Security Services before joining HNI Corporation in 2012. At HNI Corporation, she led engagement and retention initiatives that reduced turnover and expanded talent sourcing activities in order to meet increasing technical capability needs of the organization.

Mindy has a Bachelors degree in Management & Organizations from the Tippie School of Business at the University of Iowa and has two professional certifications; Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) and the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She will report to Elliott Aviation’s President, Greg Sahr
