SAVANNAH, Georgia, April 27, 2017 — Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. will support Gulfstream operators attending the 2017 Milken Institute Global Conference April 30 to May 3 in Beverly Hills, California.

Gulfstream’s support will include a Field and Airborne Support Team (FAST) unit and field service representatives positioned at Van Nuys Airport, approximately 15 miles away. The FAST unit comprises factory-trained technicians and a large custom truck outfitted with equipment and spare parts.

The Milken event, first held in 1998, is an annual forum focused on worldwide economic and social issues. More than 3,500 national and international figures from business, finance, government, education, media and sports are expected to attend.

"We seek out opportunities to support our operators wherever they may be, whether it’s a thought leadership conference or a major cultural or sporting event,” said Derek Zimmerman, president, Gulfstream Product Support. “Wherever they go, we want to them to know we have the people, parts and facilities in place to provide comprehensive support for their aircraft.”

Gulfstream has supported operators at some of the world’s most important forums and conferences for years. The company provided on-site service and support for the World Economic Forum in January in Davos, Switzerland, and will have a support team in place to assist operators attending the Aspen Ideas Festival in Colorado in June.
