DALLAS, April 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Aviation Week MRO Americas -- Fujitsu-GlobeRanger has entered into a strategic collaboration with Switlik Survival Products, a market leader and worldwide supplier of inflatable safety and survival gear for aviation, marine and military customers. 

GlobeRanger's Emergency Equipment Management (EEM) application has been adapted to Switlik products to simplify the ability to inspect and verify the configuration of critical, life-saving safety equipment - allowing airlines to manage and maintain safety equipment to a much greater degree of accuracy, while reducing time and costs by up to 99%. Using digital, leading edge technologies such as IoT, RFID, mobile and sensors, this solution also elevates airline's inventory management capabilities, providing transparency into the lifecycle - allowing for greater scalability and predictability.
