Halifax Stanfield welcomed the addition of new flights March 16, on the busy Halifax-Montréal route. WestJet has begun a double daily service from Halifax to the largest city in Québec.

"These flights are a welcome addition to the network already served by WestJet from Halifax and offer our passengers more choice on this busy Montréal route."
Flights will operate on WestJet Encore using Q400 aircraft with seating for 78 passengers.
