Stellar Partners Inc. announced the appointment of travel retail industry expert Ellery Plowman to the position of director of business development. In her new role, Plowman will be responsible for developing and managing key airport relationships and winning new travel retail contracts.

Plowman has 28 years of experience in all phases of retail management as well as business development. Prior to joining Stellar, she was principal and founder of elleco, where she developed and represented an impressive portfolio of retail concepts at major airports. In addition, Plowman served as vice president of business development & leasing at Westfield where she managed their business development and retail leasing efforts. Prior to Westfield, Ellery spent eight years in various roles at Rosetta Stone, pioneering the organization’s expansion strategy into US airports.
A graduate of Radford University in Radford, Va., Ellery is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and is active in Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA), Association of Minority Airport Concessionaires (AMAC), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Ellery will be based in Stellar's corporate office in Tampa, Florida.
