Nov. 30, 2016

Paradies Lagardère opened Big Bowl restaurant in Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport’s (DCA) Terminal B/C, adjacent to Gate 23. The seventh restaurant Paradies Lagardère has opened at DCA, it joins Washington Pour Bar, U Street Pub, Magic Pan, Wow Bao and two Say Si Bon! Gourmet Market locations. Paradies Lagardère is one of the leading restaurateurs in DCA, serving the D.C., Virginia and Maryland markets.

Big Bowl, a Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises brand, offers traditional dishes such as Mongolian Beef and create-your-own-stir-fry items, with big, bold layers of flavor infused in each dish. Big Bowl believes the best food is made from scratch; as a result, this Asian concept starts with the highest-quality, naturally-raised chicken, beef, pork, sustainable seafood, and locally-grown produce.

“Paradies Lagardère tailors brands to entice travelers in a variety of ways, including bringing the familiar quality, taste and atmosphere of a favorite national brand into an airport,” said Bill Casey, senior vice president, Food and Beverage, Paradies Lagardère. “Big Bowl is not only delicious, but the brand’s high quality food standards mirror our own. Paradies Lagardère also has a great partnership with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), and MarketPlace Development. We’re excited to introduce another great dining concept to DCA for passengers to enjoy.”

"We are so excited to be opening Big Bowl at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. We want to thank Paradies Lagardère, Marketplace Development and MWAA for giving us an opportunity to showcase our great brands. Big Bowl joins Magic Pan and Wow Bao as our third location with Paradies Lagardère at DCA, and we couldn’t be happier to be here,” said Kevin Reynolds, partner - Airport Concepts, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises.
