NE: Trego Dugan Aviation Promotes Two Employees Within Organization

Trego Dugan Aviation Inc., a Phillips 66 Aviation branded FBO, today announced the promotion of two senior-level employees. Debra Mendonca will serve as vice president – human resources, and Lorie O’Donnell will serve as vice president – finance.

Mendonca has been with Trego Dugan for nearly 20 years, serving in multiple roles of increasing responsibility including customer service manager, operations manager and most recently serving as director of human resources. Additionally she has led internal projects relating to quality, marketing and process improvement. In her current role Mendonca will oversee all aspect of employee relations for approximately 550 Trego Dugan employees nationwide. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Nebraska Human Resources Association (NHRA).

North Platte native O’Donnell has been with the company since 2008. During her tenure, she has restructured the accounting department to streamline receivables and payables for all of Trego Dugan’s locations. Additionally she has initiated continuous improvement to payroll processing, and manages all aspects of employment taxation in all of the locations nationwide. In her current role as vice president of finance, O’Donnell oversees all aspects of financial reporting and regulatory filings for the company. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants.
