Providing Trusted Solutions, Connecting All Phases of Flight with the Right Information

Oct. 25, 2016
Rockwell Collins’ team of experts will be on hand in booth #3594 at NBAA to discuss how its innovative solutions bring long-term value to business aviation.

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (Oct. 25, 2016) - Rockwell Collins will be featuring its latest innovations for the flight deck, cabin and flight support services at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) 2016 Convention and Exhibition taking place Nov. 1-3 in Orlando, Fla.

Rockwell Collins will showcase multiple packages and incentives for operators that will soon be equipping their flight deck for Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) operations, all of which bring turn-key compliance with mandates and options for enhancements that enable safer and more efficient flying.

Global Ka-band airborne connectivity for business aviation will soon be live and Rockwell Collins is a service provider and a value-added reseller of Inmarsat’s Jet ConneX (JX) connectivity as part of its ARINCDirectSM offering. Rockwell Collins’ customer Zetta Jet recently took delivery of their first new business aircraft with JX on a Bombardier Global 6000.

Also, Rockwell Collins’ ARINCDirect Flight Operations System (FOS®) will soon be undergoing enhancements that will improve the user experience. Rockwell Collins recently signed an agreement with Stellar Labs to develop a next-generation, cloud-based scheduling and dispatch solution for flight departments.

In the cabin, many operators are watching their technology get further out of date, and Rockwell Collins’ industry-leading Venue™ cabin management and entertainment system (more than 900 installed) continues to be the solution that the majority of the market selects to resolve this issue due to its reliability and open-architecture design to enable future technologies. Coupling Venue with Rockwell Collins’ new Stage℠ onboard media streaming solution provides an even greater experience for passengers. Stage also is a standalone solution for non-Venue equipped aircraft.
