Oct. 18, 2016
Aircraft Maintenance - Is Technology Leaving You Behind? The session will be held at 9:00 am on Wednesday, November 2 in room S330 C/D at NBAA in Orlando.

Like the rest of the world, aircraft maintenance has become much more technical in recent years. Aircraft maintenance professionals and MRO faciility managers have many choices about the technology they can use to manage assets, people, workflow, and legal considerations of their work.

But how to do they choose the best software tools? What are the advantages of different technology options? How do they specifically save time or money in real maintenance shops? How do they avoid the pitfalls of choosing the wrong tools, or unnecessarily complicating maintenance processes?

Three aviation maintenance software professionals, each representing a different type of aircraft maintenance technology, will discuss the reasoning behind each of their offerings, provide examples of how it's used in the real world, and advice about how to get the best results.

The session will include a trivia quiz, interactive Q & A, and printed handouts.
