Hawthorne Global Aviation Services on Oct. 13, announced that Denise del Pino has joined the firm as director of human resources. With more than 10 years of experience working in human resources, del Pino will oversee all of Hawthorne’s human resources initiatives including organizational performance and culture, compensation and benefits, staffing, training and employee relations.
“Denise is a great addition to the world-class team that we have at Hawthorne, bringing a depth of human resources expertise,” said Bryon Burbage, president and CEO of Hawthorne Global Aviation Services. “She will help drive our HR strategy to ensure we have the best talent, engaged employees and a high-performance culture.”

She earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Mercy College and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology. She also holds both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.
