Sept. 21, 2016
The products in the distribution agreement include debris monitoring devices such as chip detectors and collectors, as well as fluid accessories such as sight gages, vent valves and floats manufactured at Eaton’s Glenolden, PA, plant.

IRVINE, Calif. ...Power management company Eaton recently selected Herber Aircraft Service as a distributor for its debris monitoring devices and fluid accessories.

Herber Aircraft is based in Los Angeles, Calif., and has been a premier distributor of Eaton’s Aeroquip fluid conveyance products for many years. This agreement expands Herber Aircraft’s aerospace product portfolio available to its rotorcraft customers.

“Herber Aircraft Service has been a highly qualified, long-standing channel partner for Eaton,” said Mark Schmidt, Eaton vice president, Aftermarket, Aerospace Group. “When we made the decision to expand distribution of these product lines, we selected Herber because of our strong relationship and their reputation as one of the world’s top aerospace Aftermarket product distributors.”

The products in the distribution agreement include debris monitoring devices such as chip detectors and collectors, as well as fluid accessories such as sight gages, vent valves and floats manufactured at Eaton’s Glenolden, Pa., plant.

Debris monitoring devices provide valuable insight and warnings of fluid condition that may indicate wear of metallic bearing and gear surfaces. Fluid accessories provide an easy means to determine fluid level status and control.
