Back to Basics: ERP Workshop for Aviation Businesses

It will be held September 13 and 14 at NTSB Training Center, Ashburn, VA.
This two day training event is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of Emergency Response Programming for Aviation Businesses. Training will cover both regulatory requirements and industry "best practices", using a combination of classroom learning and practicum exercise.
During the workshop there will be general sessions addressing the commonalities of building a successful Emergency Response Program and culture within any aviation organization. General sessions will be complimented with breakout sessions to provide in-depth learning relevant to each specific line of business.

Donald J. Chupp Fireside Partners Inc.
Donald J. Chupp is the President of Fireside Partners Inc. Don develops and conducts specialized emergency response programs, provides educational seminars, and works in partnership with other safety and emergency response professionals around the world. Currently Don is working extensively with the corporate and business aviation industry developing emergency response plans, training programs, and exercises.
Prior to his work with Fireside Partners, Don was the Program Director for the NTSB Academy. In this role, he managed the daily operations of the Academy and developed courses and workshops for the transportation industry and governmental agencies involved in disaster response, safety and accident investigation. Click here to read Donald J. Ian McAllister
Fireside Partners Inc.
As a Senior Controller within Fireside Partners' Emergency Operations Center, Ian has integrated Aircraft Dispatch methodology and systems to provide clients with enhanced situational awareness and rapid and effective humanitarian assistance in the wake of an aviation accident.
In business aviation, Ian worked diligently on safety and customer service oriented issues and was a key contributor to several operational control and services standards improvements within the flight center. In addition, he served on the Family Assistance Team which was tasked with providing families emotional and logistical assistance in the unlikely event of an accident.
