Phillips 66 Aviation announces three leadership appointments.

Greg Still Named Phillips 66 General Aviation Manager

R. G. (Greg) Still has been named Manager, General Aviation, U.S. Sales. Still will office in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and report to Randy Fralix, General Manager, U.S. Sales.

Still has more than 35 years of experience in numerous management and marketing roles in the industry, most recently serving as Branded Sales Manager, Wholesale. He’s also served as Manager, Wholesale Sales Mid-Con at ConocoPhillips, and prior to that he worked in Houston as Director, Branded Sales in General Aviation.

“The organizational experience and industry knowhow that Greg brings to his new role will undoubtedly contribute to the forward momentum in the General Aviation business,” said Fralix. “His leadership skills and proven successes in previous sales and management roles make him a wonderful asset to the team.”

Still holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and psychology from Troy University in Troy, Alabama, and a Master of Arts degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix, Denver campus. 

Smith Underwood as Director of Sales, General Aviation

Smith Underwood will take over as director, Sales General Aviation, U.S. Sales. Underwood will report to recently announced Greg Still, Manager, General Aviation, U.S. Sales.

After spending more than four years serving as a platoon leader for the U.S. Army, Underwood joined the Conoco organization in 1997 which later became ConocoPhillips and now Phillips 66. For the past nearly 20 years, he has served in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Manager, Data Driven Marketing. In this role, he led U.S. Marketing’s big data strategic initiative and the successful development of a dimensional model supporting all proprietary and third-party data integration allowing for accurate, real-time reporting and predictive analytics.

“Smith knows the business inside and out, working his way up from sales representative to where he is today,” said Still. “His strategic instincts, drive and determination have yielded successful process improvements ultimately generating financial growth for the organization. I have no doubt he’ll have equally positive results driving profitability and sales for General Aviation.”

Underwood earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He will office in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. 

Charlie Schouweiler as Coordinator, Supply for General Aviation

Charlie Schouweiler will transition to the position of coordinator, supply, General Aviation, U.S. sales. Schouweiler will office in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and report to Jeremy Wheeler, director, supply and military exports, General Aviation.

In his role, Schouweiler will be responsible for scheduling the shipment and supply of avgas to terminals throughout the U.S.

“Charlie has proven himself to be a valuable member of the Phillips 66 organization, previously working as rail coordinator, overseeing rail fleets that are critical to our refinery and terminal operations,” said Wheeler. “I am confident that his professional skills will easily transition into his new general aviation role.”

Outside of the office, Schouweiler serves as a Boy Scout leader for Troop 6 in Bartlesville, and dedicates many hours to supporting the Boy Scouts of America organization.
