Customer of the Year 2016 went to airBaltic for its significant contributions to Web Manuals’ platform, while Partner of the Year was awarded to Swiss regulatory compliance experts AeroEx.

As an industry leader in digital documentation and compliance management solutions, Web Manuals hosts the annual June conference to share insights and encourage innovation and collaboration among aviation operators. Speakers included executives from WOW air, AeroEx, and BMW Group.

The inaugural Web Manuals Awards celebrate best-in-class operators that have significantly grown and transformed using Web Manuals document management solutions. Customer of the Year 2016 went to airBaltic for its significant contributions to Web Manuals’ platform, while Partner of the Year was awarded to Swiss regulatory compliance experts AeroEx. Bluebird Cargo took home the award for Rising Star, given to the customer that implemented Web Manuals' application most impressively over the previous year.

Best Innovation was awarded to the most creative team during the GO DIGITAL Open Innovation Workshop, as voted on by conference participants. The awards were won by a team formed of several operators, including Maria Langevi and Peter Rusk from Swedish air traffic operator LFV, Karl De Galea representing Air Malta, and Klara Krisjansdottir from Icelandair.
