A pair of Paragon meetings provide member FBOs with new tools for success.

Houston, TX – June 10th, 2016 – In April 2016, Paragon Aviation Group held their second Leadership Meeting at National Jets (KFLL) in Fort Lauderdale for senior management and owners from each of their member FBOs. These meetings include a comprehensive site evaluation with constructive feedback, shared best practices, guest speakers, an awesome team-building activity, and other networking opportunities. All attendees indicated that they will participate in future meetings. “Thank you and the Paragon Team for putting together another amazing event,” said William Holowesko of Odyssey Aviation Bahamas (MYNN/MYEF). “Continuing down this path can only strengthen our Paragon Network while improving our presence in the industry.” The next Leadership Meeting will be held in September at Providence Jet Center (KOQU) in Providence, RI.

In May 2016, Paragon Aviation Group held their first annual SUCCESS Workshop at Henriksen Jet Center (KTME) in West Houston, TX. This workshop is for Customer Services Managers, Line Managers, and Sales/Marketing Managers to provide them with a Superior Understanding of Customer Care Excellence, Sales and Service. The workshop provided attendees with the opportunity to network, experience another FBO operation, and provide the FBO with feedback following a site evaluation. Kristine Klotz of DuPage Flight Center (KDPA) stated, “I just wanted to thank you for all of the hard work you guys did to set up this meeting. Everything ran smoothly. Thanks again for the amazing opportunity to meet everyone!” Bobby Courtney, General Manager of Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF) explained, “We had three employees in attendance and they all came back with a much greater understanding of the tools and exceptional value that the Paragon Network can provide to them personally, their customers, and Fontainebleau Aviation.”

“Relationships are the foundation of these awesome FBOs,” voiced Megan Barnes, EVP of Paragon Aviation Group. “We work diligently to strengthen the power of this network by bringing independent FBOs together to increase business through marketing, shared best practices, and events like these. These events create a culture within the Paragon Network in which service to operators doesn’t stop when they are marshalled off the ramp. We have given the network tools to effectively and efficiently communicate service requests and other information throughout the network to ensure an elite experience every time.”

The Paragon Network is a distinguished membership of independent FBO’s that provide an elite experience to general aviation travelers in North America. Paragon Aviation Group performs a comprehensive audit of the facility and services offered to ensure the quality of the member base before any FBO joins The Paragon Network. Each member FBO must comply with a set of strategically developed core standards in order to remain in the group. Paragon Aviation Group facilitates The Paragon Network.
