San Antonio Airport System Hires New Air Service Administrator

The San Antonio Airport System announced a new Air Service Administrator Brian Pratte.

As the new air service administrator for the city of San Antonio Aviation Department, Pratte is responsible for leading the effort to attract new domestic and international air service at San Antonio International Airport.

Pratte is an aviation and logistics professional with more than 15 years experience in developing air service, air cargo and supply chain business cases, sales, strategic business and marketing plans and logistics solutions.

In his career, Pratte has established and maintained relationships with key community stakeholders, air carriers, primary companies and airports in support of global development strategic plans. In his most recent position, he oversaw the launch of a new west coast sales team for an all-cargo freighter airline, with a target of over $8 million and worked directly with organizations to garner airline support for new air service implementation. 

Pratte previously served as the director of air service & cargo development for the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority for nearly 10 years. A graduate of Utah Valley University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science. Pratte enjoys volunteering with aviation industry organizations and is currently working towards his pilot’s license
