MARENGO, Ill. – May 2016 – UniCarriers Americas Corporation (UCA) expands its management team by hiring Christy Willis as its director of human resources.
In this position, Willis is responsible for directing all human resource functions for UCA. With her new role, Willis plans to gain a deep understanding of UCA and its employees and implement the human resources’ customer service practices to strengthen UCA as a whole.
Prior to joining UCA, Willis accumulated more than 18 years of experience in human resources within the manufacturing industry. She previously served as director of human resources for Eclipse, where she had global human resources responsibility. Prior to that position, Willis worked for a number of companies, including Textron, SPX and Meritor. Willis earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rockford University.
