This partnership will bring a host of new opportunities to Worldwide Aircraft as the company positions itself as a leading avionics repair, modification, installation and full service center for regional aircraft.

TUCSON, AZ – Universal Avionics is pleased to announce the newest addition to the company’s Authorized Integrator Network, Worldwide Aircraft Services. This partnership will bring a host of new opportunities to Worldwide Aircraft as the company positions itself as a leading avionics repair, modification, installation and full service center for regional aircraft.

“We are delighted to have Worldwide join our network of integrators,” said Robert Kline, Universal Avionics Airline Sales Manager (USA & Latin America). “They have many years of Universal Avionics experience,” he added. “Now, that is formalized with their integrator agreement. Worldwide’s team, experience and capability on a vast array of airframes will increase our overall market presence.”

A number of factors are considered in the process of becoming an Authorized Integrator. Worldwide Aircraft has demonstrated that it possesses the key knowledge, skills and abilities needed to successfully install and support Universal Avionics product lines. As part of the Authorized Integrator Network, Worldwide Aircraft technicians have the ability to access Universal Avionics’ customer and product support organization.

“We are very pleased to be a part of the Universal Avionics Authorized Integrator Network”, said Jim McClean, Worldwide Aircraft Services President. “We’ve worked with Universal for a number of years now and have found them to be an unusually exceptional company, still believing in real customer service,” he added. “When you combine that with their excellent products, you have an unbeatable combination.”

Alan Fox, Worldwide Aircraft Services Avionics Manager added, “We’ve been seeing an increasing number of aircraft and have found the Universal EFI-890R Advanced Flight Display and UNS-1Fw Flight Management System package to be a great upgrade for older aircraft like the Fairchild Metro series. We’ve done a couple of those installations, and the operators love it; we are pursuing an STC for the package and we think it will be a great upgrade for many more operators.”

The Worldwide Aircraft facility sits on over 53,000 Square Feet of hangar space at the Springfield-Branson National Airport (KSGF).
