POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (4/19/16)—Tiger Capital Group and Value Resource Group, Inc. have been retained by Associated Aircraft Manufacturing & Sales, Inc. (AAMSI) to conduct an online auction of its surplus inventory on May 5. The offering from the leading aerospace manufacturing, repair and logistics company includes more than 30,000 line items, made up of 3 million individual parts valued at $140 million (Government Acquisition Cost), with approximately 95% of the inventory classified as ‘New Surplus’ condition code.

The rotable and expendable parts inventory is designed for such military aircraft as the F-16 Fighting Falcon, F/A-18 Hornet, AV-8 Harrier, HU-16 Albatross, S-2 Tracker, C-130 Hercules, P-3C Orion, and CH-47 Chinook. The components are packed in approximately 1,000 Tri-Walls, and include landing gear accessories, actuators, receivers/transmitters, gyroscopes, pulse decoders, panel assemblies, and nav/com equipment. Buyers can bid on the bulk lot or on 27 sub-lots.

In addition to the aforementioned components, the inventory up for bid includes test equipment, engine blades, impellers, deicing equipment, air data computers, power supplies and more by manufacturers like Honeywell, Hamilton Sundstrand, Raytheon, Allied Signal, Boeing, and Rockwell.

Online bidding will commence April 28 at www.SoldTiger.com and will close in rapid succession, live auction style, on May 5, beginning at 10:30 a.m. (ET). Previews of the assets will be held May 3 and 4, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (ET) at AAMSI’s warehouse located at 1201 NW 6th Street in Pompano Beach.
