Las Vegas, 17 November 2015 – Gama Aviation (LSE: GMAA) has teamed up with Air Culinaire Worldwide (www.airculinaireworldwide.com) to deliver what is thought to be the first cuisine masterclass at this year’s NBAA in Las Vegas.  The masterclasses, designed to showcase a range of local produce and fine dining, will be held twice daily on Gama Aviation’s stand, N2416, from 17th - 18th November.

Duncan Daines, Group Chief Marketing Officer, Gama Aviation said: ”We have a real passion for excellence in all aspects of our service and no more so in the partners we use to deliver our lunch & dining requirements. Our clients have naturally high expectations and I thought it important that guests should try the produce rather than have us simply say how great it is.  I’m delighted that our partners at Air Culinaire Worldwide were similarly excited about showcasing such an important part of the client experience.”

The events, at 12 noon and 2pm, will showcase artisanal products and a range of appetizers, main courses and desserts. Ever popular seasonal dishes, such as Chef Lee’s Chocolate “Breadwinner” Pudding and Slow-Braised Black Pepper Prime Beef Shortrib will be featured.  Additionally, a ‘plating-up’ competition will be held on the stand with volunteers donning aprons to test their skills.

Sav Mongelli, Vice President of Sales at Air Culinaire Worldwide said: “As Gama Aviation’s preferred catering vendor in the United States for the past four years, we are excited to present the culinary talents of our local chefs through a live demonstration at NBAA 2015. We believe in providing first-class quality, presentation and outside-of-the-box culinary expertise on a global basis. We look forward to seeing you in Las Vegas.”
